Member Requirements
All our members are required to sign up to the National Hunter Membership Agreement, and abide by the Operating Rules. These documents outline the National Hunter organisation, and provide at an operational level information on how we expect our members to handle National Hunter data and interact with others.
We conduct regular reviews with our member organisations, both from a compliance perspective and to recommend best practice where possible.
All members are required to be the lawful holders of application data supplied to us, and to have obtained appropriate consents for submitting data.
We currently restrict our membership to those who are full members of one of the following trade associations:
- UK Finance
- Building Societies' Association (BSA)
- Finance & Leasing Association (FLA)
- Association of Short Term Lenders (ASTL)
- Association of British Insurers (ABI)
- 36H (Peer2Peer Lenders)
